Day tests incentives, Fun Cup, Zolder
Exodus asbl organizes days of tests of its VW Fun Cup on the circuit of Zolder.
These days will take place Thursday or Friday.
They are opened at all, particular or companies, with the pilots but more especially the people who do not have a licence!
After a theoretical course which will explain you the operation of the car and the trajectories, you will take the wheel of a VW Fun Cup for one hour.
On your return, you will be able to share your feelings with the others pilot.
Place: circuit of Zolder www.circuit-zolder.be
Timing:
- 8:00 reception groups 1
- Theoretical 30 cours 8:00
- 9:00 test nobody 1
- 10:00 test nobody 2
- 11:00 test nobody 3
- 11:30 reception groups 2
- 12:00 station-wagon and buffet
- Theoretical 30 cours 12:00 group 2 (not of topicality for a group of 7 people which remains all the day)
- 13:00 Test nobody 4
- 14:00 Test nobody 5
- 15:00 Test nobody 6
- 16:00 Test nobody 7
- 17:00 end - débriefing- glass of the friendship
The timing of the pilots can be modified according to the request (by session of half hour).
The track of Zolder is accessible from 9 to 12 and 13 to 5 p.m.
Date from the activities
- October 2 (only of 13 with 17:00 for the pilots with licence)
- October 16 (only for pilots with licence)
- 20 and November 27 (for all)
- December 4 and 18 (for all)
A minimum of 4 people is necessary for the good progress of the activities (afternoon). A maximum of 7 people will be authorized by car.
The asbl reserves the right to cancel the activity if the number of participants is not sufficient.
Tariff: 260 € including all taxes per hour by anybody.
The price includes/understands:
- The access to the circuit
- the hiring of the car
- gasoline
- tires
- assistance
- the insurance
- drinks and the lunch (sandwich bar)
The price does not include/understand:
- Driving break-in and gear box
- The damage with the vehicle
- The frankness in the event of damage
Various options are available on estimate:
- Hiring of cabins
- Service delicatessen
- Advertising material with your effigy (stands, .....)
- Impression of tee-shirt, jackets
- Hiring of several fun cup (two-seater also with monitor…)
